Hi All:

We created a business plan for a retail client
using the Smart Business & Marketing Plan and
presented it to them for review. They were blown
away. They had asked their accountants for this
for months, to no avail. Next week they are
meeting with some finance people. That will be
the test. Check it out in Unique Business Products.

Today we continue with our series in Business
Tips called "Customer Service: The Real Solution
Selling." Learn how to deal with different types of customers.

One of our list members gave us thoughts for the
eBay store. We were pleased with the store
results on eBay, even though we haven't promoted
it yet. Has anybody tried opening a store on
eBay or Yahoo or Amazon? What's your
experience? Check it out in Member Posts.

Now, let's get to everything for the retailer.

[3] Business Tips - Customer Service: The Real Solution Selling
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Let's look ...
o Irate customers. How do you handle those
real irate customers? You know the ones who call
screaming and calling you every name in the book.
o Follow up. Don't believe that adage that
lawyers live by in court - “don't ask a question
where you are afraid to hear the answer. “
   o Monitor customer support.
o Executive involvement is mandatory for success.

Customer service is really nothing more than
solution selling meet the customer, listen to them...
