Hi All:

Our thanks to all list members who took advantage of the Smart
Business & Marketing Plan for your own use. We will be closing out
this offer this week, as our inventory is just about finished.

Today we continue with our series in Business Tips called "Business
Valuations." We show an example of a company wanting to sell a
business and what the value would be using the three methods. We
also include some excellent resources and tips on what you should do.

We have another response to list member Alan J. Zell query about POS
software. It should clear up some misconceptions that others may
also have about bar-coding. Check Member Posts.

Now, let's get to everything for the retailer.
