Hi All:

After a short sabbatical, I decided not to publish E-Tailer's Digest 
anymore.  There comes a time when all good things must come to an 
end, and that time is now.  I published 1,030 issues since our first 
issue on March 13, 1998  - over nine years of continuing information 
about "everything for the retailer" coming to you at first three 
times a week, and then twice a week for the last couple of 
years.  It's hard to believe I had so much information to publish 
during that period.

Our list grew to over 3,000 members in over 100 countries.  I "met" a 
lot of interesting people, many of whom are still friends and we 
still collaborate on projects.  E-Tailer's Digest became the best 
retail resource on the Net (some even say the best resource period), 
and our site still gets a lot of visitors. In fact, anybody who is 
linked to that site also gets a big boost because of the 
activity.  It is still a great resource, especially the Special 
Reports contributed by our members.    And our greetings pages still 
gets updates as folks browse to learn how to say Thank You, Welcome, 
Happy New Year an/or Merry Christmas in many native languages

I never made any money publishing E-Tailer's Digest, but I truly 
enjoyed it.  I only hope that it was helpful to you also.

So, I want to say thank you to all who have contributed to E-Tailer's 
Digest, and I wish you all success in your future endeavors.  It has 
been my pleasure to serve you for over nine years.

I will be continuing in my consulting role at GAP Enterprises, LLC, 
providing information solutions to enterprises with annual sales 
between $3 million and $300 million.
