How Does this process work?

You send us the RFP along with information about your company and your products/services. We will review the RFP and match your business capabilities with the requirements.

Based on our initial review, we will prepare a list of questions that we will need answered by you. We will then answer the RFP, and comply with the requirements of the company issuing it. We are prepared to attend a vendor conference if such is required by the issuer.

Since we have prepared over 200 RFP's and have analyzed over 2,500 responses, we understand what is usually needed to win, and we prepare our response accordingly. Simple things, like ascertaining that all questions are answered, and the proposal complies with the requirements (see Pet RFPeeves).

Or, you prepare the response and we will review an critique your response.

Needless to say, we will hold all information that you give us in complete confidence.
